Crusted Halibut Olympia

We're excited to share a recipe that was generously passed down to us by our dear friends, The Linds, crafted by the talented Holly Lind! To say everyone was blown away by this meal is an understatement—it was absolutely fantastic! This Crusted Halibut Olympia melts in your mouth and has quickly become one of our favorite white fish recipes. Get ready to impress your taste buds with this delightful dish! --- Let me know if you need any adjustments or additional content!

  • 1 sweet onion - thinly sliced

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp tabasco

  • 1/4 cup dijon mutard

  • 2.5 cups panko breadcrumbs

  • Freshly finely chopped parsley

  • 4 fillets of halibut

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to Taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Brown the onions. Once they are done browning place on the bottom of a casserole dish.
  3. While onions are browning, mix equal parts of mayo, sour cream and 1 cup parmesan together. The amount of halibut will dictate the amount of sour cream and mayo. 
  4. Add lemon, worcestershire sauce and tabasco (to taste) to sour cream/mayo mixture.

  5. Coat halibut in dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Place fillets in the casserole dish over the browned onions.

  7. Put sour cream/mayo mixture/parmesan cheese over fillets.

  8. To create panko mixture, melt the butter. Mix 1 part panko bread crumbs to 1/2 part butter. Add chopped parsely.

  9. Sprinkle panko mixture over halibut.

  10. Bake until topping is golden brown or about 20 minutes.

Bang Bang Salmon

This delicious recipe was submitted by Katy Emmerich, and it has quickly become our favorite way to enjoy salmon. With its perfect blend of flavors, it's sure to impress your family and friends. Give it a try and discover why we can't get enough of it!

Recipe for 2:

  • 2 Salmon Fillets, skinless and boneless cut into cubes Marinate

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic clove, minced

  • 1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 1 tsp olive oil

 

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup light mayo

  • 2-3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 2 tsp sriracha ​

 

To Serve:

  • Rice

  • Cucumber, sliced

  • Carrots, julienned

  • Sesame Seeds

  • Green onions, chopped

  1. Toss the salmon with the marinate sauce for 10 minutes or so while you make the mayo sauce mix it together until smooth. Remove from marinate sauce and put in the air fryer. 

  2. Air-fry the salmon bites at 400 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes until golden and crispy. 

  3. ​Serve over rice  your veggies, and generous drizzle of the sauce, finish with sesame seeds.
